4. Promotional Credits and Rewards

From time to time, KindQuest Travel may offer promotional credits or rewards linked to a paid booking. Unless stated otherwise at the time they are offered:

• Promotional credits are a free reward and are entirely non-refundable — they cannot be purchased, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Credits are issued only once the related booking is successfully confirmed with valid contact details, and has not been cancelled or refunded. We may withhold a credit if we detect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
• Credits expire 90 days from the date they are issued, apply only toward the base fare of a future booking (not taxes, fees or surcharges), and are limited to one credit per booking unless stated otherwise.
• If a booking linked to a promotional credit is later cancelled, the credit is forfeited. A chargeback on a qualifying booking may result in the value of any related credit being deducted from your refund.

5. Accessing the Website and Account Security

We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website at any time without notice. If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, and must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses
